A deposit of up to 50% of the total reservation may be required to confirm the booking, depending on the rate conditions or season.
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund of the deposit paid.
Cancellations made within 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
In case of a no-show or same-day cancellation, the full reservation amount will be charged.
Date modifications are subject to availability and possible rate adjustments.
For high-demand dates or special events, stricter policies may apply (non-refundable rates or higher deposits). These conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
